Friends: This special series of yoga and meditation classes welcomes ALL Muslim women—practicing/non-practicing/converts/culturally identifying Muslims. Regardless of how you came to Islam or how relate to being Muslim, these classes are for you— for us. ExtendYoga Studio is creating space for our community in all of its beautiful forms. Ahead of and during Ramadan, these classes are an opportunity to move and breathe mindfully, to meditate and journal, to connect with ourselves and our community.
