Cam had a remarkable 2026 season as the top-ranked American on the NorAm tour, capturing individual bronze and team silver medals at the Junior World Championships in Switzerland and taking 2nd place in Dual Moguls at the U.S. Championships at Palisades Tahoe. 🥉🥈

We are incredibly proud of your hard work and well-earned success, Cam! 👏👏

The 20th season of the Music Without Borders International Piano Festival kicks off tonight at Gould Academy! ✨ 🎹

Tonight at 7:00 p.m., Ruslan Ermakov (featured in the video with Professor Tamara Poddubnaya) is back for his fourth festival. He will open the festival with a solo recital featuring works by Schubert, Chopin, and Rachmaninov. 🎼

Tomorrow evening will feature Falmouth Foreside resident Michael Bostock, who just returned from his first year of conservatory study in Manchester, England.

Every spring, Bingham Auditorium comes alive. This year our students brought vocals, piano, bands, and one surprise rock performance that nobody saw coming, some even sharing the stage with their teachers and coaches. 🎸

We’re proud to announce Gould’s Head Prefects for the 2026–27 school year: Caroline Choi ’27 in Gehring, Hauna Fitzmorris ’27 representing Day Students, Griffin Brill ’27 in Holden Hall, and Mauricio Ramirez Barrera ’27 in Davidson Hall.

Prefects are elected by their peers and faculty, and serve as student leaders who help shape the tone of community life at Gould. Working closely with Dean of Community Life and Belonging Katie Stack, they support fellow students and set a strong standard for the student body.

Gould Academy is proud to announce that our students have swept the top three honors in this year's Camden Conference Bill Taylor Essay Contest. Fritts Johnson '26 earned first place, Ella Wilder '26 second, and Eoin Sullivan '26 third, each submitting an essay addressing this year's conference theme, "Today's Middle East: Power, Politics & Players." A member of the judging committee noted that the essays "would be credible at the college level." We congratulate these three outstanding students and the teachers who supported them.
