Our classrooms are officially filled with laughter, learning, and the light of Christ. It has been a wonderful short first week watching our K-8 community come together. We spent the week building community, establishing routines, and centering our hearts in prayer as we start the ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”-๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ• ๐ฌ๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ.

We are so excited to welcome all of our K-8 students back to school today for a brand-new-school year. Students enjoyed a warm welcome from Mrs. Powrie to start the day followed by our first school Mass.

What a beautiful way to begin our new school year!

Our Saint Mary School faculty and staff began todayโ€™s Professional Development Day by celebrating Mass together, placing the year ahead in Godโ€™s hands and asking Him to guide our work, strengthen our faith, and bless the students and families entrusted to our care.

Following Mass, we gathered for a meaningful day of prayer, reflection, learning, and fellowship. We shared ideas, prepared for the year ahead, and renewed our commitment to providing an education rooted in faith, academic excellence, and love.

We may each bring different gifts, but together, we can accomplish great things for our students.

๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ€ Our Gym Has a Fresh New Look!

Another summer project is complete! Today, we finished painting the Saint Mary School gym, and we are so excited for our students to see the transformation when they return! ๐Ÿ’™

This space is so much more than a gym. It is where our students play, learn, gather, celebrate, perform, and make memories together as a school family. Seeing our Saint Mary School name shining at center court makes it even more special.

A very special thank you to Leo Gallagher and his talented team of painters, who worked incredibly hard to make this project such a success. Their care, dedication, and beautiful work can be seen throughout the entire space.

This transformation also would not have been possible without the tremendous support of Father Corey and Saint Mary Parish. We are so grateful for their continued commitment to our school and our students. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ™

Little by little, we are preparing every corner of Saint Mary School to welcome our students back home. We cannot wait to fill this beautiful space with their energy and joy!
