Another month and another awesome assembly recognizing the talent, diligence and positive growth of our Rebels!

We kicked off the assembly with our local Mahoosuc Community Band (founded by and including many Telstar alum) and featuring our very own Ms. Fiorentini for this month’s addition of Telstar’s Got Talent. The audience was really impressed by their performance!

We were also proud to recognize our April Super Stars: Sydney Swan, Eli Garant and Niko Mirski-Gray. These three students have been brave by stepping out of their comfort zones, being attentive to the quality of their work and serving as positive role models to their peers.

Rahkiyah Dunham, Gwen Stack and Savi Patel were our kids Star Award raffles recipients out of 78 Star Awards this month. I do love seeing those lockers full of positive notes!

Many thanks to our PR class for their hard work in putting together not only a solid assembly but some really fun RAP challenges this month. We collected 243!!! pairs of sneakers for our shoe drive with Ms. Killam’s RAP group taking first place with 95 pairs and Mrs. Jerome’s RAP bringing in 54. Playing “Who Knows Their Students Best!?” was a blast—Miss Davis for the win! 🏆
