Myranda is one of our teachers! ❤️❤️❤️

Today we’d like to introduce you to Myranda Steffes. Hi Myranda, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory. We knew we would be needing space for bigger classes for the Fall/ Christmas season...

This area was a pass through area and closet. Now, it is an 18 person classroom, adjacent to a 16 person classroom space! Together, they work great!

I'm picturing a large wreath workshop and a large "Make your own Aesthetic Christmas Village" workshop!

Of course, on nice days, we'll be in our outdoor courtyard classroom under twinkle lights!

We've got some fun up our sleeves! 😎❤️

October is just a few days away! The Artful Gathering

That means Christmas and Thanksgiving and all the Fall things are on the schedule!!

We plan to host events in our outdoor courtyard classroom as much as possible! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you.

I cannot express enough gratitude for today's event!

This collaborative mural is a testament to the fun that was had! Kids and a few moms added to this all day! It is a 4ft by 8 ft foam 3D relief of the cover! 🤩🤩🤩

Who wants to guess Hippo's next adventure??? You know I have a plan for a whole series, right???????

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Those who attend tomorrow's book signing event will get to help paint a giant 3D relief collaborative painting, color and press a button and hear me read my book each hour!
For sale, I've got hardcover books, signature bags with my favorite page printed on them, bubbles, sticker packs, handmade bookmarks and roll out coloring page mats that are 30x40inches!
And, yes, I've clearly reached celebrity status since my fans are making me hippo trophies and 3d printed hippos!!! Whattttttt???!!!!!

Our 9 week clay class is 3 weeks in!

We've created:
-sgraffito trays (clay slab trays with added feet and then glazed and sgraffito-carved symmetrical designs) 😍

-leaf impressed cup and saucer (we decided it was like making fairy tea sets) using leaves from a pumpkin vine!🌱

This Tuesday, September 22nd, we will be making coil creations.

P. S. This class is perfect for ages 6-12, with or without clay experience.
