Picture Day for F.A. Berry Elementary & Circle of Friends is coming up on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
Make sure those big smiles are ready!
We are also looking for parent volunteers to help line up classes and guide students throughout the day. If you have an hour or two to spare, we’d love your help!

📚✨ Leave a Lasting Legacy in Our Library! 📚✨

Give your child the gift of reading and pride by dedicating a new library book in their honor for a $10 donation!

Here is how it works:

Step 1: Submit your dedication and payment online at book-dedications-2026.cheddarup.com.

Step 2: Your child gets to choose a brand-new book from our library selection.

Step 3: A custom dedication label with your message will be placed inside.

Step 4: Your child will be the very first to check out and bring the book home to share with you!

🗓 Deadline: Submit your dedications by October 2, 2026.

100% of proceeds are reinvested directly back into our Berry Library by the Berry PTO.

📸 Volunteers Needed for Picture Day!

📸 Picture Day is coming up on Tuesday, September 29, and we need your help to make sure everything runs smoothly for our students!
We are looking for diverse parent volunteers to assist during the day. Volunteers will help keep students organized and in line, as well as give a quick hair fix or outfit adjustment before they take their photos so everyone looks their absolute best!
✨ How You Can Help:
Keep classes organized and help kids remain in line.
Help quick-fix hair, smooth down collars, or tidy up outfits before pictures.
Offer a friendly, encouraging smile to help put the kids at ease!

Thank you to all the wonderful parents who came out and supported the Dandy Dance Party! It was fantastic seeing everyone come together to create such memorable moments for our kids. The Dandies were overflowing with energy this year, and our fabulous DJ kept them dancing and smiling all day long. Your presence and enthusiasm made the event a huge success—we couldn't have done it without you!
