The Pathfinder School is dedicated to the academic, social and vocational development of students with special needs.
Pathfinder School is operated by the Allegheny Intermediate Unit and serves 5 to 21-year-old special education students throughout Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, Greene, and Washington counties.

We wrapped up the year with Kona Ice, a bounce house, and a dance party filled with smiles, laughter, and great memories. Thank you to our students, families, and staff for an amazing year. Have a safe and fun summer, and we'll see everyone next year!

On Friday evening, our current students and alumni soared into an unforgettable night at Prom 2026! Inspired by the magic and wonder of the Wizard of Oz, the theme Defying Gravity encouraged everyone to dream big, celebrate friendships, and create lasting memories.
From the amazing decorations to the smiles on the dance floor, it was truly a night to remember. Thank you to everyone who helped make this special event possible for our students. 💚🩷
