Hello friends and family! I am about to start my 13th year of teaching but my 2nd year at YHS. It’s only my second year there and I still don’t have everything I need (and want) for my classroom. Day 4 Pt.2: last post! Here are the flower pics from .edgeco and I love these pics from visiting with my BFF. 💕
Day 5: LEISHLA had to go to JFK airport and I had to travel to La Guardia airport and it was scary to travel by train and bus alone but I did it! I was blessed to change my flight from 3 stops to a non-stop and saved 8 hours to get here. God is so good!

Day 4 in NY: we ate NY Pizza🍕 for breakfast, explored and had coffee at . Grand Central Station was like being on a movie set. I’ve seen movies shot at this place so it’s crazy to be here. Then we walked the High-line and got some good city pics. We ended up at .edgeco Unfortunately there was zero visibility due to a foggy cloud in the sky around the skyscraper building and the rain. We were disappointed we didn’t get to experience the breath taking view but we made the best of it and took some fun pics with the flower and mirror display. Those pics are to come!

Day 3 in NYC: coffe and croissants at the subway on our way to the 66th Anual Puerto Rican Parade! We got to experience the entire thing. After the parade we headed to for some Mofongo and then took a quick trip@to the pharmacy. Everything is so fast-paced but we’re having son much fun!

Day 2 in NYC: Breakfast at then a subway ride and a hike to the famous Brooklyn bridge. We took a stroll around the Brooklyn Park and then went back to order delivery and watch a movie 💕

Yesterday I got to be part of an amazing multicultural event in Warr Acres representing my beloved island! More memories like this please!

Congrats to the newlyweds 𝕄𝕒𝕤𝕠𝕟 & 𝔸𝕦𝕓𝕣𝕚𝕖 ℍ𝕒𝕝𝕖. It was a pleasure to whitness your special moment and we had a blast celebrating afterward. May God bless your union.
