Congratulations to Gregory Gustas on earning his Commercial Pilot Certificate!

Gregory has completed his Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, and now Commercial Pilot training right here at Oklahoma Aviation. From building his foundation in our Cessna 172s to gaining experience in our Cirrus aircraft, Gregory has truly grown into a well-rounded pilot and is a great example of what can be accomplished through dedication, hard work, and quality training.And he’s not stopping here! Gregory is now beginning his Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) training, taking the next step toward sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of pilots.

A special shout out to Nate Asch for the excellent instruction and mentorship he has provided throughout Gregory’s training. Having an instructor who is invested in a student’s success makes all the difference, and Nate has done an outstanding job helping Gregory reach this milestone.

Gregory is truly a product of Oklahoma Aviation, and we couldn’t be more proud to watch his journey continue.

Congratulations to Seth on earning his Private Pilot Certificate
We are honored to have been part of your journey. For Seth, this milestone carries an even deeper meaning

As Seth begins instrument training, he also carries a unique aviation legacy. His great grandfather was a Marine fighter pilot with VMF-123 during World War II who never returned home from the Pacific. More than eighty years later, Seth has earned his own wings through perseverance, sacrifice, and a commitment to doing things the right way. While their paths were separated by generations and history, both men shared a passion for flight and the determination to earn the privilege of being called pilots.

Jay has now joined his brothers and multiple generations of Ridley’s in the pilot community. He is excited to have the ability to take his wife and kids on flights, as well as visit his son in college more frequently from across the country.
