Soulbird & Oklahoma Aviation was proud to welcome students from the (OBAP) Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals to our facilities for a day of aviation education, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
A special thank you to Justin McMurray, Captain at our charter facility, for coordinating this incredible event and helping connect young people with opportunities in aviation.
Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to:

• Learn about aviation maintenance careers from our Director of Maintenance
• Explore aircraft and gain firsthand insight into aviation operations
• Experience flight training with our Assistant Chief Flight Instructors in the simulator
• Discover the many career paths available within the aviation industry.
