Meet Johnny Whitfield, an SNU alum who turned his passion for problem-solving into a career focused on leadership, innovation, and serving others.

After earning his degree in Electrical Engineering, Johnny started his career at General Motors as an engineer. Wanting to expand his skills beyond engineering, he pursued his MBA at SNU while continuing to work and apply what he learned directly to his career.

During his time in the program, Johnny valued the diverse perspectives in the classroom as working professionals, recent graduates, and students from different stages of life shared their experiences and learned from one another.

Today, Johnny serves as Vice President of Customer Engagement at OG&E, where he uses his engineering background, business experience, and passion for serving others to make an impact. From the team he leads to the communities he serves, he continues to lead with purpose and show up for others.

Thank you for the example you continue to set, Johnny. ❤️👏
