Former SNU Men's Basketball guard made his mark at SNU on and off the court. Introducing the one and only… Jalen Lynn 👏
After transferring his junior basketball season, he found more than a new team. He found a place that felt like home.
On the court, Lynn helped lead the Crimson Storm to a conference championship, an Elite Eight national tournament run, and a 46-15 record. Off the court, he stayed focused on his classes and made the most of his time on campus.
Reflecting on his time at SNU, he says it shaped his faith and future, building lifelong friendships, strengthening his faith, and preparing him for a career in kinesiology and coaching.
Now coaching basketball at Arkansas State University Mid-South, he has helped lead the Greyhounds to conference and district championships. He’s set to graduate in December with a Master’s degree in Sports Administration and is preparing to welcome a baby boy with his wife Jessie, an SNU volleyball alum.
We’re so excited for what’s ahead for you, Jalen! Covering you and Jessie with love and prayers 🙏

Meet Joi Moseley, an SNU alum whose calling took shape on campus ❤️
Growing up in Texas, she was surrounded by family members who attended Bethany Nazarene College, which made SNU feel like a second home.
During her time on campus, she earned a multidisciplinary degree in Business, Education, and Spanish and was actively involved in several prestigious academic honor societies. A business law class would become a turning point in her journey.
“Without going to SNU, I am not sure I would have gone to law school. I took a business law course taught by Professor April Collins that changed my life. I really enjoyed her class, and she encouraged me to pursue law.”
Today, Joi serves as Associate Counsel for Central Health in Texas, where she helps provide healthcare access to underserved communities.
“My time at SNU really solidified my faith and I built upon the foundation I had prior to coming to SNU,” she shares. “That faith has carried me throughout my time after college.”
Joi, we’re so thankful for you and the impact you make every day!
