That face when you feel the triangle coming. 😅🥋

The setup is everything. Get the angle and the position right, and your training partner knows exactly where this is headed — long before it's locked in.

Come learn the details for yourself… if you dare. 🦁

Leadership by example. 🥋

You'll always find Mr. Tucker right where it matters most — on the mat, watching closely, coaching, and pouring into every student who walks through the doors.

For him, it's never been about titles or business. It's about the people, and helping each student grow into their best self.

That's the heart behind The Dojang. 🐉

Little warriors, big heart. 🥋

Two of our young grapplers going to work — problem-solving, staying calm under pressure, and learning that they're tougher than they think.

This is where confidence is built, one roll at a time. 🦁

Jiu-jitsu isn't about being the biggest or the strongest. 🥋

It's about leverage, timing, and outthinking the problem in front of you. The triangle is the perfect example — a submission that uses technique and angles, not muscle, to finish.

That's why we call it the gentle art. Smart beats strong. 🦁

Details win matches. 🥋

Coach Terry breaking down the triangle choke — angles, grips, and the little details that turn a good technique into an unstoppable one. Two coaches on the floor means every student gets the attention they deserve.

This is what real coaching looks like. 🦁

Great coaching isn't loud. It's watchful. 🥋

Every rep, every rotation, every rolling round — Coach Terry is watching. Catching the small details. Knowing exactly when to step in and when to let a student figure it out.

That's the kind of leadership that shapes not just better martial artists, but better people.

More than teammates — friends. 💚

Spencer and Donovan sharing a laugh on the mat. 🥋 The best part of training here isn't just the skills — it's the bonds that get built along the way.

Because here, students aren't just students — they're family. 🐉

Pass. Sweep. Submit. 🥋

Two of our students putting it all together on the mat — reading each other, solving problems in real time, and battling for every inch. This is where the growth happens.

Live training builds sharp minds and tough spirits. Proud of these two. 🦁
