Earlier this summer, two members of the RLA faculty and staff, Miss Minson and Miss Castagno, joined 39 other young adults on a pilgrimage to Poland organized by the Archdiocesan Office for Ministry with Young Adults (OMYA). Miss Minson shares, “The [Catholic] faith is so built into Poland and it is a gift to see that. With the faith so built into Poland and learning more of the history of the country, I think we really got to witness the way of the cross being lived out. This country has suffered a great deal and stayed strong because of faith. The Polish people are witnesses to both the pain of the way of the cross and the beauty of the way of the cross.”
We are grateful to have such faithful and active members of the Catholic community as leaders within RLA. May we be encouraged to live out the way of the cross in our own lives!
