Growing Together Across All 3 Centers! 🐸✨

Behind every great classroom is a dedicated team of educators! Recently, our staff from all three Tree Frog Learning Center locations came together for a powerful day of teacher development, connection, and growth.

During our time together, our team focused on:
🌱 Our Mission & Vision: Reflecting on what makes Tree Frog special and how we bring our core values into our daily teaching and classroom curriculum.

🤝 Team Culture: Bonding across centers to strengthen our collaborative, supportive team environment.

🧘‍♀️ Teacher Self-Care: Exploring stress management, mindfulness, and mental well-being both inside and outside the classroom—because happy, supported teachers build thriving classrooms!

We wrapped up our day by sharing a delicious Olive Garden lunch together and sending our teachers home with special appreciation goodie bags. 🍝🎁

We are so proud of our incredible staff and their commitment to continuous growth for our children and families! 💚
