We had a great first three days to start the 2026-2027 school year! Our Bulldogs spent time learning classroom expectations, practicing routines and procedures, building relationships, and getting back into the rhythm of school. Thank you for your patience and partnership as we worked to ensure a smooth start to the year.

Beginning this week, we will start our regular dismissal schedule, with dismissal starting at 3:20 p.m. Please continue to allow us a little grace as everyone settles into their routines and our dismissal process becomes more efficient each day.

📣 ATTENTION, BERTRAM BULLDOGS! 🐾

Here’s a quick refresher on our morning car rider drop-off procedures to help keep mornings safe, smooth, and moving for everyone!

Please take a moment to watch the video and familiarize yourself with the drop-off line before the first day of school.

A HUGE thank you to the Bertram Police Department and Burnet CISD Police for partnering with us to help keep our Bulldogs safe and our mornings running smoothly!

Welcome to Bertram Elementary!

Yesterday, our newest Bertram teachers officially began their journey with BCISD. We may be a little biased, but we're pretty sure we hit the jackpot and have the best group of new Bulldogs yet!

We can't wait to see the impact they'll have on our students, our campus, and our community.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Bertram Elementary's own 5th grade teacher Megan Ramon on being named one of three finalists for the Region 13 Elementary Teacher of the Year!

Megan's dedication to helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally, while continually supporting her colleagues and challenging herself to grow as an educator, is what makes her so deserving of this honor.

Congratulations, Megan! We are so proud of you and grateful for the impact you make on our students, our staff, and the Bertram Elementary community every day.

To help with parking and traffic flow, we encourage families to arrive during these suggested times:

💚 A-M: 4:00-4:45PM
💚 N-Z: 4:45-5:30PM
