🩺 The Wellness Bus is Coming to Tulpehocken! 🚌

If you would like your child to be seen on the Wellness Bus, please register using the link below:

After you submit the registration form, Berks Community Health Center will contact your family to complete the registration process and schedule an appointment time.

This is a great opportunity for students to receive any immunizations required for school attendance, including:

🎒 Kindergarten
• Students entering kindergarten must have all required Pennsylvania school-entry immunizations.

🎒 7th Grade
• One dose of Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis)
• One dose of the Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV)

🎒 12th Grade
• A second dose of the Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV) unless the first dose was received at age 16 or older.

Students can also receive:
✔️ Annual well-child checkups
✔️ Other routine preventive healthcare services

Services are available through your insurance or on a sliding fee scale for eligible families.

We encourage families to take advantage of this opportunity to ensure their children are healthy, up to date on required immunizations, and ready for the first day of school on Monday, August 24.

Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week. Help us make it a sweet week for our teachers by donating a dessert for them to enjoy on Wednesday. Please sign up through the link below and deliver your dessert to the office either Tuesday or early Wednesday. Thank you for helping us to thank our teachers for all they do!

Help us THANK the teachers by donating a dessert item to TREAT them on Wednesday, May 7th. Please drop off desserts in the Penn Bernville office by 11 AM, or send with students that morning. Include your name if it is a dish that needs to be returned.
