There comes a point when being “the strong woman” starts costing you more than you realize.

You’ve become the one who remembers. The one who fixes. The one who makes a way. The one who holds everybody together while quietly putting yourself at the bottom of your own list. And the danger of over-giving is exhaustion and losing touch with yourself.

You become so accustomed to asking “What does everybody need from me?” that you stop asking: What do I need? What do I desire? What am I proud of? Who am I becoming?

That is the deeper purpose of The Pour Society.

🥂 The First Pour: Winning Moments is an intentional three-hour experience designed to turn your attention back toward the woman who has been doing all the pouring.

You’ll receive your Pour Society Journal and be guided to identify the wins you may have minimized because you were already rushing toward the next responsibility. Not only promotions, degrees and milestones but the boundaries you finally honored, the season you survived, the courage it took to begin again, the moment you chose yourself, and the quiet ways you’ve grown that nobody else may have witnessed.

🌻 Then you’ll create your Sunflower of Resilience, a tangible reminder of your ability to survive difficult seasons without allowing them to determine where you turn next.

And throughout the afternoon, you’ll sit among women having the kinds of conversations we rarely have when we’re busy performing “I’m fine.” You’ll laugh. Reflect. Create. Connect. Celebrate. Be witnessed. And hopefully hear pieces of your own story in another woman’s.

That’s the activation.

You leave with more than something beautiful in your hands. You leave with evidence of yourself. A clearer awareness of what you’ve overcome.
Language for what you need next.
Permission to celebrate yourself now, not someday when everything is finally perfect.
And a community reminding you that receiving does not make you selfish.

Because The Pour Society is practicing what happens when a woman redirects some of that devotion, attention, tenderness and intention back toward herself. Come experience what it feels like to be poured into.

You’ve built the brand. Now it’s time to make sure the business underneath it can actually pay you. 💕💰

This Saturday, join us for GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUNDS: From Brand to Bankable Business—a hands-on working session for women entrepreneurs who are ready to stop guessing and get clear about what actually needs to happen next.

Led by former Wall Street CFO Noreen Ehrlich, we’re digging into your real business—not hypotheticals. Your offer. Your pricing. Your revenue. Your priorities. Your next 90 days.

You’ll leave with:

✨ A clear understanding of where your business is right now
✨ Your Bankability Score—what’s working + what needs reinforcement
✨ One focused commercial objective for the next 90 days
✨ A practical revenue path tied to what you actually sell
✨ The three moves that matter most now

This is not a technical finance seminar.
It’s not another room where you take notes and leave wondering what to do Monday morning.

Bring your business. Leave with your next move.

I didn’t create JMAIIA Center simply because I wanted a beautiful space.

I created it because I know what it feels like to have vision, gifts, ideas, and ambition — and still need a place where all of that can breathe.

A place where women don’t have to shrink to belong.
Where motherhood doesn’t cancel ambition.
Where your idea doesn’t have to be fully formed before it deserves room.
Where collaboration can replace competition.
Where you can work, create, gather, build, be witnessed — and become.

Because sometimes the environment is part of the transformation.

I create spaces where women like me are seen, heard, and valued without compromise.

And JMAIIA Center is becoming the physical expression of that belief.

Not just a coworking space.
Not just an event space.
Not just a podcast studio.

A place to plant what’s next. 🌱

If you’ve been looking for somewhere to work, create, host, connect, or bring an idea to life — come experience what we’re building.

JMAIIA CENTER — Cameron English, Founder & Community Architect

PASSIONATE ABOUT BUILDING THE PEOPLE, PLATFORMS & SPACES THAT TURN IDEAS INTO OPPORTUNITY.

Cameron English is the Founder and Community Architect of JMAIIA Center, a coworking, content creation, professional development, and community-building hub in Connecticut designed for people to work, create, connect, teach, gather, and grow. Her work centers on creating intentional environments where entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, facilitators, and community leaders can strengthen their visibility, relationships, ideas, and capacity to build.

Through the JMAIIA Center, Cameron develops experiences that move people beyond simply networking and into meaningful connection and opportunity. She is the creator of SpeedCreating: A Women’s Creator Social, a signature experience bringing women together for content creation, professional headshots, podcasting, intentional networking, conversation, and collaboration. She also hosts MUVA Mindset, a podcast and evolving platform exploring identity, mindset, motherhood, entrepreneurship, healing, relationships, and the inner work behind becoming who we are called to be.

A life coach, marketing strategist, facilitator, and mother of six, Cameron brings together years of experience in communications, personal development, holistic wellness, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to build experiences that support both personal and professional growth.

At the center of her work is a simple belief: the right room can change what becomes possible. Through JMAIIA Center and the platforms growing from it, Cameron is creating more of those rooms and building ecosystems where people have the space, resources, visibility, and relationships to turn what they carry into something tangible.

📍 CONNECTICUT WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS — ROLL CALL! 👀👇🏾

I know there are WAY too many brilliant women building businesses across Connecticut who still don’t know each other.

So let’s change that.

If you’re a woman entrepreneur in CT, introduce yourself in the comments:

✨ What’s your business?
✨ What do you offer?
✨ What part of Connecticut are you in?
✨ What’s ONE thing you need more of right now — clients, visibility, content, community, collaborations, workspace, resources, speaking opportunities, something else?

And don’t just drop your own business — TAG another Connecticut woman-owned business we should know about. 🤎

JMAIIA Center was created as a space where women can actually BUILD — from coworking and business workshops to events, meetings, content creation, podcasting, networking and opportunities to get your work in front of more people.

I’m also looking to intentionally connect with more women founders across Connecticut, learn what you’re building, and find ways for us to create opportunities together.

No business is “too small.” No follower count is required. If you’re building something, you belong in the conversation.

👇🏾 Drop your business below + tag 2 CT women entrepreneurs who need to be in this thread.

And then come back through these comments and CONNECT. Your next client, collaborator, referral, podcast guest, vendor, speaker or business friend might already be here. 🌱

What can you actually do at the JMAIIA Center? More than you may realize. 🌱

JMAIIA was designed as a place where your ideas have somewhere to land, grow, and become visible. You can come here to work on your business, meet with a client, create content, record your podcast, teach a workshop, facilitate a cohort, host an experience, gather your community, lead a conversation, or create space for wellness and restoration.

And that’s what makes JMAIIA different.

We’re building an ecosystem where work, creativity, leadership, visibility, wellness, and community can exist under one roof—because the people doing meaningful work in our communities need more than somewhere to sit. They need space to build. Space to be seen. Space to gather people around their ideas. And space to grow alongside others doing the same.

Whether you need a workspace, a platform for your voice, a room for your next idea, or a community to grow within—there’s a place for you here.

Your work. Your voice. Your community.

Sometimes you keep searching for a space that understands your vision, a community that feels aligned, or a room where you can fully show up—and eventually you realize the invitation may be to build what you’ve been looking for.

Community doesn’t happen by accident. Someone has to set the table. Someone has to open the door. Someone has to say, “There’s room for you here.”

That’s the energy behind The JMAIIA Center—creating space for women to work, create, connect, collaborate, host their ideas, share their voices, and grow businesses that can sustain them.

And the beautiful part? Once you build the table, you begin discovering just how many other people were looking for a seat, too. 🌱

“You’re so lucky you own your own business.” And you are but building a business requires more than wearing every hat alone. Iron sharpens iron, and entrepreneurs need other entrepreneurs. The JMAIIA Center gives women a space to cowork, create content, record podcasts, attend workshops and events, make meaningful connections, exchange ideas, find opportunities, and simply be in community with women who understand what it takes to build. Sometimes the strategy is getting in the right room, around the right people, with the right resources to grow. 🌱

f you’ve ever been told you’re too ambitious, too outspoken, too confident, too driven, too creative, or that your vision is too big—remember this:

You were never meant to shrink to fit someone else’s expectations.

The right rooms won’t ask you to dim your light. They’ll celebrate your ideas, value your voice, introduce you to new possibilities, and make space for your growth.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you’re “too much.”
You may have simply outgrown the room.

And that’s part of why I built The JMAIIA Center.

I wanted to create the kind of room where women can bring the fullness of who they are and what they’re building—a place to work, create, gather, be seen, exchange ideas, build relationships, host experiences, record the podcast, create the content, develop the vision, and turn ideas into something tangible.

Because the right room changes everything.

Sometimes you need a desk.
Sometimes you need a camera.
Sometimes you need a microphone.
Sometimes you need strategy.
Sometimes you need collaboration.
And sometimes you simply need to sit in a room with people who can see the possibility in what you’re building.

At JMAIIA, we’re intentionally building that ecosystem.

So find the rooms where your passion is appreciated, your vision is respected, your voice has somewhere to go, and your potential has room to expand.

And when you can’t find that room?

Build it. 🌱

That’s exactly what we’re doing at The JMAIIA Center.
