Cradles to Crayons Daycare Cradles to Crayons is a Maryland State licensed family childcare home whose mission is to provide a Weather permitting we will have outdoor play every day.

PROGRAM PHILOSOPHY:
I will provide a safe, nurturing home environment that supports each child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs. I will provide for these needs in a loving, supportive and encouraging environment without discrimination. I will continue to uphold my licensing requirements from the Child Care Administration and will further my knowledge by attending training on child

development and child care issues. I try to keep a structured but, flexible program for the children. The curriculum will include phonics, numbers, arts and crafts, music and cooking activities. All children will have age appropriate naps. Below is an outline of our day with approximate times. Our Daily Schedule:
9:00 Breakfast
9:30 - 10:00 Morning Free Play
10:00 - 11:00 Outdoor Play and Daily Activities
11:00 - 11:45 Lunch
11:45 Circle Time/Outdoor Activities
12:45 Story Time
1:00 - 3:00 Nap Time
3:30 Snack
4:00 - 5:00 Pick Up Time
