Last night and today we had 200 students test for their next rank! They came out and showed their skills! And they were on 🔥 fire 🔥!
We also want to thank everyone that baked for and partook in our bake sale today! We sold so many yummy goodies and over 100 cups of coffee!

Today the rest of our testers come out to show their skills! Everyone from our tiny tigers all the way up to our brown belts!
And come hungry and thirsty! We have muffins, cupcakes, bread, bars, chocolate covered pretzels are more! Plus coffee!

Belt testing starts this evening! Brown/Red and above are going to show off their skills!
Dont forget to bring your sweet tooth as the bake sale has lots of yummy treats! Also we will have coffee tonight if you need an evening pick me up!

What an amazing weekend! Lots of our black belts and blue belts came together yesterday to learn and grow as martial artists and a community! We did forms, self defense training, learned about some fun new weapons, got ready for upcoming black belt tests and grew as a family! We are VK! We are family 9!
