This week, Mr. Nazari and I are excited to bring back drills, details, and lessons we learned this weekend from Master Advincula and high ranking black belts at the Traditional Okinawan Karate Retreat in New York! 👊🥋

🇯🇵 Master Advincula trained directly under Tatsuo Shimabuku, founder of Isshinryu Karate, while stationed with the U.S. Marines in Okinawa for 8 years. We’re looking forward to sharing some of that knowledge with our students! 💪🔥
