Do you have a heart for little ones and a passion for early childhood development? We’re looking for a loving, dependable, and energetic Teacher’s Aide to join our childcare center:

What You’ll Do:

Assist the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment

Help with daily care including feeding, diapering, and nap routines

Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play

Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom

Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Follow all state licensing and center policies

A genuine love for working with children.

Patience, reliability, and a nurturing personality

Ability to work well as part of a team

Childcare experience preferred, but we will train the right person

Must meet state requirements (background checks, trainings, etc.)

With several toddlers transitioning up to preschool, we’ll have 1–2 openings soon!

Ages: 18 months–2.5 years
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time

If you’re already on our waitlist and need a toddler-only spot but didn’t receive an email, please reach out.
