We create a circle of care and connection around families as teens make the wild journey towards adulthood. Our unique curriculum holds space for safe, honest, relevant conversations teens want and need to be having. We provide opportunities to spend quality time with peers, receive support from skilled guides, and become part of a growing community. Our groups, workshops, retreats and 1:1 session
s help girls awaken to their inherent wisdom, power and purpose. The seed of "Love Your Nature" has always been connecting young people to our inner nature, the natural world, and the nature of life. Our vision is that this work helps us all walk as devoted allies to each other and to this earth. May all we do seed this vision in our community and beyond. About Us: Emily Frost and Quetzal Francois are the core staff of Love Your Nature and facilitators of Real Talk Curriculum. They bring over 20 years combined experience working with youth and families around the Bay Area. From the classroom to the back-country, they have worked with almost every age. Quetzal and Emily met in 2015, and it was love at first sight! Since then they have joined forces to offer Real Talk for teens and families through 1:1 sessions and group work.
