The SLC Science Program is excited to be recruiting Summer Bridge Chemistry 32 Peer Tutors! Weβre seeking team members who are service-oriented, passionate about learning, and ready to guide fellow Golden Bears in strengthening their foundation for success in the sciences.
This role is an exciting opportunity to draw on your prior learning experiences to support the Class of 2030. Through attending course lectures, providing drop-in tutoring, and preparing supplemental course materials, youβll grow your skills, community, and content knowledge while playing a key role in your peers' first science course at Cal!

This advisory board is a unique opportunity for Cal undergraduates who identify as neurodivergent to share your invaluable lived experiences and insights. By joining, you will play a direct role in enhancing the campus culture and shape services to better meet the needs of our community.
As a board member, you will collaborate closely with SLP Professional Staff to brainstorm new initiatives, advise on improving existing services, propose accessibility enhancements, and represent the program at student events. If you are eager to leverage your personal journey to advocate for others, excited to build a strong community with fellow neurodivergent Bears, and motivated by a desire to cultivate a learning culture where everyone can thrive, this role is for you!
To honor your time, expertise, and dedication, board members will receive a $500 honorarium for each semester of service.
