Less than one week left to join us at our annual lecture, next Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 4:30 pm at Alumni House, UC Berkeley. The address "Africa's Ill-fitting Imperial Clothes" will be given by legendary South African activist, medical doctor, academic, businesswoman and global thought leader, Dr. Mamphela Ramphele.

A lecture by Ilze Wolff
Ilze Wolff is an architect, a scholar, and a writer who co-directs Wolff Architects, a practice concerned with an architecture of consequence. She is the founder of the publication and research platform pumflet: art, architecture, stuff, which focuses on the Black social and spatial imaginaries. Wolff has a passion for spatial practice and its potential as a site for emancipatory practices of care, embedded research, and prophetic organization.
