ISAC has created another helpful guide for the class of 2021: The Top 10 things to do before you graduate Berkeley!

If you thought our survival pack was helpful, our marketing committee now presents you the 'TOP 10 THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU GRADUATE,' check it out!

1. This is the easiest hike around campus. Start from the parking lots behind foothill. From the top of the Big C, you can see the entire campus and the bay area. Come up here during sunset for the best views in Berkeley!
2.Did you play sports in high school? There are plenty of intramural teams in Berkeley, so form your own your team with friends and compete against other student teams at the RSF (friendly competitions)!
3. Decals 1-2 unit classes here at Berkeley that is taken for P/NP. The best thing about them are that they’re fully run and taught by students. Topics range from fun topics such as Pokemon Go and Harry Potter to academic topics such as learning how to prep for an interview or using Photoshop. It’s a great opportunity to learn things you wouldn’t normally in the classroom, and you can even teach your own Decal if you want to!
4. When one thinks of going to college in America, perhaps the first thing that comes to mind is the crazy football tailgates on frat row. UC Berkeley is lucky to have a football game-day culture. Therefore, we highly recommend attending the football game and the tailgate at least once before graduating from UC Berkeley. This is the game day spirit you won’t be able to experience anywhere else!
5. Okay, so the Big C is the best place for views of the Bay Area off-campus. So where’s the best place on campus? The Campanile! This UC Berkeley’s bell tower, and also the highest infrastructure on campus, and Berkeley students can go up to see the views for free!
6. UC Berkeley is lucky enough to have restaurants that offer delicious foods from a variety of cultural backgrounds. From Korean food at Kimchi Garden, to Pizza at Pieology, to Indian food at Mount Everest Restaurant, you have the option to experience a spectrum of cuisines to satisfy your international taste buds!
7. Start off your freshman year at Cal on the right foot. Legend says that if you roll down this hill on campus, you will get a 4.0 GPA.
8. Combined art museum and repertory movie theater and archive, Admission to BAMPFA is free for all UC Berkeley students!
9. The Berkeley Rose Garden is in the form of a terraced amphitheater nestled in a small canyon and offers stunning views of the city and bay of San Francisco and the Golden Gate. Over a hundred varieties of roses grow along the terraces, with maximum blooming occurring in early Spring.
10. Berkeley is a huge school but don't be afraid or hesitant to get to know your advisors and teachers on a more personal level. They’re always here to guide you through your time here!
