Boomer Berkeley Bootcamp

BBB is on ongoing bootcamp for BOOMERS! We hike hills and do strength, flexibility and balance work. Wed and Fri 7:30-8:30 a.m.
$20 Cost is $20.

This is an Outdoor Workout in the Hills Of Berkeley. We hike and strengthen our bodies with a weight workout afterwards. We are boomers and have been exercising for years together. Come join us: Wed/Fri 7:30-8:30 a.m. at the Rose Garden on Euclid in Berkeley.
