Receiving pleasure beyond food is a skill.
You can literally binge everyday and you would still benefit from not identifying as a binge eater.
Heal because you deserve to feel delicious in your body, not because you need to be fixed.
Truth is if you were deeply present during a binge you would notice that pleasure is not found through binging, but through directly meeting your needs for pleasure, intimacy, and safety.
