Berkeley City College in Berkeley, California, has developed a partnership with Institute of International Education (IIE), the U.S. Department of State, and the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). Together, we have established a “Fulbright Gateway in Berkeley, California (FULBRIGHT AT BCC).” The Fulbright Gateway Orientation Program will be hosted by Berkeley City College, August 12-16, 2012.
