Memorial Day (originally known as Decoration Day) is a federal holidays in the United States for honoring and mourning the U.S. military personnel who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. It is observed on the last Monday of May.

Berkeley International Office will be closed on Monday, 25 in observance of this holiday.

The BIO International Peer Mentorship Program is OPEN!

This program gives you the opportunity to become a Peer Mentor to a small group of incoming international students.

If you are looking to gain leadership experience and give back to the international community, all while having a LOT of fun, then this is the program for you!

Join BIO's Assistant Director for Student Services for an update on current travel guidance and risks. Learn about what to expect when traveling abroad and re-entering the U.S. Topics include: current concerns & risks, when a visa stamp is needed(and when it is not), documents you need to travel and re-enter the US, documents needed to apply for a visa, the visa application process and timelines, security clearances, and travel to Canada and Mexico. A question and answer period will follow the presentation.
