They help everyone stay organized through scheduling and work closely with advisors to host team-wide meetings. With their bright energy, there is never a dull moment at OASIS.

Meet the team behind Admin at OASIS! This group of tech-savy students are responsible for the registration data management of RSOs on Callink, constantly tracking registration trends and optimizing the code. Big thanks to all the hard work they have contributed to making our website and registration processes run smoothly!

Our first session is on Feb. 10! 🎉 Participants will be confirmed as SVSH Compliance Officers on their organization’s roster upon completing the workshop. 🙌 Don’t miss out on this valuable opportunity. The bustle of spring term is already here! Don’t miss out on this big event 🤩 Our semesterly club fair, Calapalooza, is tomorrow in Pauley Ballroom of MLK.

There will be over 100 student organizations represented at the 11-2pm and 3-6pm session. Be sure to check which session the org you are interested in is tabling at. Or come to both!

As we wrap up the semester, here’s a friendly reminder that OASIS will be closed tomorrow, December 20th.

Have a wonderful winter break and we look forward to welcoming you all back in January! Here’s some info to keep in mind for the upcoming days.

Building Hours during Winter Curtailment:
- MLK Jr. Student Union
- Friday, 12/20: 7 AM - 8 PM
- Saturday, 12/21: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Sunday 12/22 to Sunday 1/12/2025: Closed
- Reopens Monday 1/13/2025, Open 8 AM - 5 PM
- Resume normal hours on Tuesday, 1/21/2025 (after the MLK Jr Holiday)
Eshleman Hall
- Friday, 12/20 to Sunday, 1/26/2025 (Closed for HVAC Maintenance).
