We are pleased to share that Thursday, October 15 is family day.

That means parents and siblings age 7 and up can join us for practice. It's a chance for your kids to show what they are learning.

The class will be light and playful - hope you can make it.

We are pleased to share that a student moved up to purple stripe level today (10b). It was a fun and focused class.

We are offering free classes for new adult students all month in October.

You can simply show up 30 minutes before class begins, with long comfortable pants and a water bottle.

We are scrubbing the mats on Sunday, October 4.

It's the same timing as usual, with a 12:30pm arrival. The project takes about ten minutes, so class happens afterwards as always.

The youth class for ages seven through twelve is going strong.

We offer a free trial class, so you can just show up between 4:15pm - 4:30pm on a Tuesday or Thursday.

It's fun and a great way to develop coordination, friendships, and a healthy relationship with focus.
