This class cultivates feminine radiance through self-care & somatic celebration. We will embody radical self-love with nurturing asana, chi gong & self-massage, with an emphasis on "less is more", and nourishing our yin essence with deep rest and un-doing. Our practice will rep

lenish the organ systems essential to women's health, and will embrace the pelvic floor as a source of empowerment and vitality. Incorporating organic movement and easeful partner work, we will allow the body to reveal its natural state of joyful freedom and ecstatic presence.
