Time for radical self-care!
This practice is designed specifically for postpartum bodies with babies or children of any age. We will address the common spots of tightness in the shoulders, chest, and upper back and get to core and pelvic floor strengthening. We will take time to connect, flow and move and breathe, and leave ample time for restorative poses. For this special class, leave babies at home and enjoy two uninterrupted hours to yourself.

Every single one of us has a unique voice and gifts to share. While Lighting the Path Teacher Training instructs teachers in a mindful, heart-centered vinyasa flow, our program also helps teachers work towards refining their own authentic voice in the practice. More than 150 graduates strong, and not a single class being taught is the same. For trainees that choose not to teach, our work around shedding old stories and stepping into truth speaking can be translated to whatever personal and professional path comes next.

Moving Together Through Labor workshop is happening this coming Sunday May 1 ♥️ over Zoom
This workshop teaches tools for the partner to support the laboring person and promises to leave the pregnant person very very relaxed at the end of the 2.5h
💫Movements to support your body in preparation for, and during labor
💫Tools to work with sensation
💫Positions for labor and birth and for helping baby into their best position
💫Connection time together around the upcoming birth and preparing for parenthood
The workshop will be recorded and recording will be available for an extra month following the workshop date!

Moving Together Through Labor partner workshop is coming back Sunday July 11th! ♥️
Ben has been assisting me in teaching this workshop over Zoom for the past months. The second picture is him at the end relaxation… He does not mind being my assistant as he is the one receiving all the hands on massages 🤩
This workshop will put partners to work and give you tools to assist the laboring person.
- Moving together and moving baby down
- Labor positions
- Setting up resting stations
- Techniques to cope with sensation - Hands on massage techniques
While we are learning, this workshop moves at an unhurried pace, so there’s time to connect and be together with your partner, preparing for the change and transformation that birth brings
