There is room for every songbird under the sky. ππ¦ May this season remind us that diversity is part of the beauty of the natural world and of our human family, too.
The arrival of June marks Le***an, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride Month. Celebrations include pride parades, picnics, parties, and, in the case of Audubon, bird outings. The outdoors have not always been a welcoming place for LGBTQ people and Audubon wants to help change that.
Let's Go Birding Together events are for everyone who loves birds and the outdoors. We welcome those who identify as LGBTQ, allies, families, and anyone who wants to enjoy an outdoor experience that is inclusive. Learn more at the link in comments.

Happy Pride Month
We honor the sacredness of every personβs path, identity, and lived experience. Pride is a celebration of authenticity, courage, community, and the profound truth that each of us deserves to live openly, safely, and fully as ourselves.
May this month be a reminder that healing, belonging, compassion, and love are strengthened when we make space for the fullness of who people are.
We celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community today and always, and we remain committed to creating spaces rooted in dignity, respect, inclusivity, and connection.
Wishing everyone a joyful and meaningful Pride Month. π

Kindness does not ask us to abandon ourselves. Honoring your limits can be an act of compassion too, for yourself and for those you care for. β€οΈπ¦
