Prior to founding ThirdWay, Noah spent twenty-five years as an educator and leader in Oakland, California, working in the educational nonprofit sector.
Most recently, he served as Chief Academic Officer for 9 years at Education for Change Public Schools, the largest Charter Management Organization in Oakland. He led the transition at EFC from a network of autonomous schools to a coherent instructional program.
Noah builds systems that drive change. He is a strong facilitator, systems thinker, professional developer, and writer.
He loves spending time in nature with his partner, kids, and dog.
