These are the lovely people who prepare orders, pour plates, make deliveries, and maintain the ABE kit materials!

Kathy: I'm a Nutritional Sciences and Public Health double major and this will be my third year at Berkeley and at ABE! After I graduate I plan on traveling the world for a little bit before starting a job hopefully in research after which I'll be applying to medical school. In my free time I love reading, doing pottery, and backpacking!

Keira: I’m majoring in Bioengineering set to graduate in 2029!! I’m from the Bay Area so I’m pretty local to Berkeley. And my hobbies consist of cars, exploring new food places around the bay, and my current fixation is latte art.

Stuart: I am a current Sophomore at UC Berkeley working to get my B.A in Psychology to continue my interest in the mental health field. Some of my interests include all things arts and crafts, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Katelyn: I'm an Integrated Biology major with an emphasis in human bio! After undergrad, I hope to attend grad school and enter the medical field. In my free time, I love arts and crafts, watching movies, and hanging out with friends!

From our friends in LA!

We will be holding our Fall workshop for HS Bio teachers, with training on the Abridged Series from our Foundations in Biotechnology labs. This includes micro-pipetting, plasmid digest, gel electrophoresis, and bacterial transformation.

This is a FREE two-day workshop at The Lawrence Hall of Science, in Berkeley. The workshop will run from 9:00am to about 4:00pm each day. We will provide a light breakfast and lunch.
