Just finished up our third summer camp! We had a Wild West theme this time with the “Battle of Hecktown” These little action sequences are a little souvenir of the techniques we practiced in the camp. In this short clip you can see:1. Duck under/go behind

Our gyms will be temporarily closed while the shelter-in-place mandate for COVID-19 is active. In the meantime, we have a full online LIVE class schedule through Zoom and we are posting daily workouts on our YouTube channel that you can do at home either alone or with housemates. Members also get unlimited access to online grappling and striking instructionals with private playlist links shared out every month. Stay safe and healthy, and please continue to workout with us!
