Even if you cannot be near other people, that doesn't mean there aren't other 'friendships' one cannot nurture during this time. Volunteer, or visit an animal shelter nearby! You'll get a rush of endorphins, feel good, and will likely want to re-visit them. Of course, do so within the given health guidelines at your local animal shelters.
