One of the best lessons I’ve learned since becoming a jiu jitsu instructor is: Don’t focus on who doesn’t show up. Focus on who did. Great training with these savages today. Mindset, Consistency and Hard work pays off!

Brother Chau has literally been there guiding me since I was a white belt. From providing me training at his house when our gym closed, to taking me to my first WWE event all the way to the day I got my Blackbelt. Bro has been there every step of the way. Salute 🫡 bro.
