Last month, our Director of GLOBE, Dr. Matthew Sherburne, traveled to Indonesia to meet scholars and establish a new partnership with the University of Pancasila. Dr. Sherburne, visited the University of Indonesia, the Institute of Technology Bandung, BINUS, and the University of Pancasila. The highlight of the trip was the newly founded partnership between the University of California Berkeley and Pancasila University! This new partnership will include student exchange programs, guest lecturers, visiting scholars, and more.
The pictures feature Dr. Sherburne sitting with Pancasila University rector, Edi Toet Hendrantao (center), and the dean of the school of pharmacy at Pancasila University (right).[1] Students from the school of pharmacy at Pancasila University hosted a special seminar for the UC Berkeley guests.[2]
