Adventure Week: Espionage Edition 🕵️🕵️♀️🕵️♂️ Our Cloud Campus students really flexed their creativity, code breaking, and critical thinking last week!
Students developed their spy identities, learned about codes and ciphers, and studied human behavior. The week culminated in challenging one another to Virtual Escape Rooms that asked them to put their new skills to the test!
Fun Fact: This year’s theme was developed by the Student Council 🎉

🌲 Surviving, Thriving, and Leveling Up! 🌲
What happens when you take the classic survival novel "Hatchet" and bring it to life? Our Grades 5-7 students on our Berkeley Heights campus just found out!
🛶 From the Page to the Pines
The journey began with a Wilderness Workshop led by Zach Fisher of Volpes Wild Arts, where students mastered the fundamental skills of survival. They then headed to Camp Dark Waters, where our young explorers put their knowledge to work!
By connecting literature to real-world challenges, our students develop critical thinking, resilience, and a deep sense of understanding. They aren't just memorizing facts—they are building the "mental toolbox" they'll use for the rest of their lives.
Bonus! Watching these students support one another through every brave moment while outside their comfort zones reminded us why our community is so special.
✨ Want to see how your child can thrive in an environment that values curiosity and hands-on experiences? Join us for our next Virtual Information Session on May 21. Save your spot 👉 https://www.flexschool.net/admissions/virtual-information-session

Digging into the past! 🦴✨ Our 3rd and 4th-grade explorers on our Cloud campus got their hands (virtually) dirty this week! They took a deep dive into the world of paleontology to create their very own fossils.
But it wasn’t just about the cool imprints—our FlexSchoolers have been decoding the secrets hidden beneath our feet! By studying fossil evidence, our students are learning how to read Earth’s history and understand the massive events that have shaped our planet’s layers over millions of years 🌎🌋
