Actual Solutions LLC is a growing tutoring company providing in-home and virtual tutoring across NJ. We’re looking for a part-time, remote team member to help us stay organized, grow our brand, and support our staff, tutors and clients.

💼 What You’ll Do:

- Support the Office Manager and Operations Managers with daily administrative tasks and operations as needed

- Collect tutor progress reports & track student growth

- Check in with clients to ensure satisfaction

- Onboard new tutors and support their success

- Create engaging social media content that attracts new clients

- Assist with lead generation and outreach

- Create job postings and help recruit new tutors

- Suggest new tools & processes to make operations run more smoothly

💡 Who You Are:

- Tech-savvy & comfortable learning new systems

- Someone who is confident making decisions and taking ownership of their role.

- Creative and proactive

- Highly organized with great communication skills

- Able to work independently in a remote environment

- Not required, but would be wonderful if you also speak Spanish!

Hi everyone - we know it feels like everywhere you go, you are being asked for a donation. We get it - we feel it too.
We wanted to hop on here and give some more details so you feel 100% confident in donating to our specific cause.

For starters, every cent you donate will go directly to helping children in New Jersey. Most of these children have disabilities, and are simply not receiving the services they need through government-funded options.
Many of the families who turn to us don't even know what options are available to them when they have a child with developmental disabilities.

Other students come from low-income households, where extra academic help, like tutoring, simply isn't affordable.

Some teens may be looking to take the SAT/ACT, but can't afford to purchase the study guides, much less attend classes.

We want to make sure we never have to say "no" to a single family who turns to us for help.
Actual Solutions has decided to kick off our Community Fund by promising to donate $100 per month - which will go directly to those who need it most.

Currently, we have 2 specific children who will begin receiving support immediately - a 10-year old girl who needs support in reading and writing due to a language barrier - and a teenage boy who is on the spectrum and needs help with essay-writing.

Please find it in your hearts to help these children and many more - even $5 helps our cause. If you can't donate right now, we would greatly appreciate you sharing our fund with friends and family who might be able to.

🌟 Introducing the Actual Solutions Community Fund! 🌟

We’re so excited to launch the Actual Solutions Community Fund — created to make high-quality tutoring and educational support accessible to children with disabilities and students from low-income households across New Jersey.

Every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and feel confident in their abilities. Through this fund, our goal is to expand opportunities and resources for students who need them most. With your support, we hope to:
📚 Offer one-on-one tutoring for children with disabilities and students from low-income households
📝 Provide SAT prep supplies and materials for students who can’t afford them
🎓 Award scholarships for students from low-income households to attend community college
🎒 Distribute educational resources and learning kits to families in need

Your donations go directly toward helping real students — like a 10-year-old learning to strengthen reading and writing skills, and a 17-year-old with ASD working on his essay writing.

Actual Solutions is proud to pledge $100 per month to help kickstart this fund and ensure consistent support for students in need. Every contribution brings us closer to creating equal access to education for all. Together, we can open doors for students who simply need the right support and opportunity to reach their full potential.
