SCS Agriculture Education Program

Anyone local to Sherman/Clymer area that is willing to donate canning supplies to the SCS Agriculture Program for some food preservation activities this fall?

-Water Bath Canner- Looking for a pot that will handle taller jars. It can be a larger (12-13 jars) or smaller (7 jars) but we need a rack that is not rusty/mineralized.

-Ball Mason Jars - pint or wide mouth quart. Rims must be free of chips.

-Rust free rings for pint and wide mouth quart canning jars.

Meet Fiona - our Registered Finnsheep!
Fiona was born in April of 2018 and is one of two sheep here in our classroom. Finnsheep are a small wool breed.
