I thought it would be fun to film a fidget fish video pool side but it turns out it’s too hot outside for my phone to function 😅 🐟

I had to finish up inside but the end result is still cute as can be!

I’ve been inspired by seeing other crocheter’s fidget fish and knew I wanted to make some for Ava.

How awesome would it be if everyone in her school was obsessed with Ava’s mom’s crochet fidget fish?!

I mean, the teachers might not like it lol, but the kids hopefully will!

I’m currently creating a whole line of little crochet fidgets and it is quite addictive! 🦅🍌🐟🦆🌵 I’ll be sharing more as I am able to nail down different designs :D

Lots of trial and error happening over here 🤪

Ps. Can we take a moment to acknowledge how this is the perfect project for using the smallest amounts of scrap yarn?! I love it when that happens! 🧶

My beautiful girl went to middle school today! My big 6th grader 😍

I am so proud of her… and I love her so much… but I’m also very happy to have my days back to myself 😂😂

Looking forward to designing new crochet patterns, going thrifting, and working on my quilt!

I hope she had the best first day ever and can’t wait to hear all she has to say about middle school 😍.

I can’t believe Ava is about to start middle school!

She wanted all Megan Moroney stuff this year so that’s what I’ve been doing all day.

Binder covers for her classes and HTV designs for her backpack.

I’m ALMOST finished with evething lol. I’ll try to post an update once it’s all finished :)

I will be releasing the Taco Glasses Case pattern on Friday!!

It always feels so good to get another free crochet pattern out to you guys. I think you’re going to love this one.

It takes less than an hour to make and i think it would sell well at markets. Who wouldn’t love a fun but also practical way to protect their glasses?!

You can clip them anywhere! Pool Bag, backpack, BOGGBAG, purse, sports bag, even an Owala water bottle!

It’s a little hard to tell from the pictures but all you do is open the taco, place the glasses inside, then close your glasses arms around the outside of the taco. Button closed and you’re all set!

Be on the lookout Friday for the pattern to drop! I’ll send an email first thing Friday morning letting everyone know it’s live 🌮❤️🧶👓
