🏈🏐🏃 WEEK 2 IS HERE, CHARGER NATION! ⚡

We’ve got a FULL weekend of Chargers action with Flag Football, Tackle Football, Volleyball, and Cross Country all competing Saturday and Sunday!

And there are plenty of chances to catch the Chargers at home this weekend. The gold-highlighted games on the schedule are on our field or our court, so come out, bring the family, make some noise, and give our athletes a real home-field advantage!

Hello everyone! Hope you all are enjoying these last couple weeks of summer break! Let’s celebrate the start of a new school year with a little ice cream and mini golf! Join the SMS PTO at Dairy Queen in Parma (12980 W. Sprague Rd.) on Wednesday, August 26.

Stop in anytime during the day and help support SMS! The PTO earns 20% of food sales and 50% of mini golf sales.

We hope to see lots of SMS families there!

Despite a heat advisory day and 2 poor air quality days the summer kids still had a fun week. They enjoyed a water day at school, saw a movie, and used their imaginations to make up their own games.

Chargers Families — Don’t Miss Our Mandatory Fall Sports Parent Meeting!

Join us on TONIGHT - Wednesday, July 15 at 7:30 PM in the Garrity Center Gym.

At least one parent from each family should attend to meet the coaches, review important season information, and turn in any required paperwork and registration fees.

Every family that attends will receive one raffle entry for a chance to win:

One free Fall Sports registration fee
Four Club Seats to a Cleveland Guardians game, including free food, courtesy of Grant Mueller and Surefoot Industries. Game date TBD.

It was a fun field trip to the Rocky River Nature Center today for summer camp. After a brief hike the students learned about a few of their animals and explored inside the Nature Center.
