Ian's leadership abilities and drive were easily recognized as an undergraduate. That's why our OH BT brothers pursued him so strongly. He helped drive Pilam at BW to a new level after our return in 2005. As soon as he was recruited to the Pilam HQ staff, his success continued, driving expansions at historic and new campuses across the country. His dedication, commitment, and passion for Pilam have continued to help our beloved fraternity strive for new heights. His model will be remembered and honored in our history. Thank you, Brother Lowe!

After 14+ years of extraordinary service, Executive Director Ian Lowe is transitioning from his role this summer to pursue his full-time military career. His leadership strengthened our foundation and positioned this organization for what comes next.

That next chapter starts now. PiLam HQ and the Educational Foundation have launched a national CEO search - a unified leadership structure built for growth, impact, and the future our brotherhood deserves.
