The Summer Discovery at EKU for Talented Youth program is the perfect opportunity for your gifted & talented students this summer! Participants can explore courses in visual arts, ecology, culinary arts, and creative writing alongside EKU faculty and teachers.

Students who will be in Grades 6-8 during the 2025-2026 school year are invited to attend. This is open to all students, so feel free to share this with others!

National History Academy: The Academy is a four-week, college-prep residential program limited to 90 rising 10th, 11th , and 12th-grade students and based just outside of Washington, DC. The four-week Academy runs from July 6 to August 1, 2025, and is a life-changing opportunity for students who have a passion for learning about American history, law, and government. Davidson Young Scholars Program: A free program for profoundly gifted students ages 5-18 and their families. Young Scholars provides students with the opportunity to connect and engage in a community that understands their unique needs. Summer opportunities are designed exclusively for Young Scholars.
