Brightwater is offering FREE training through the B Workforce Program—an intensive 8-week culinary workforce bootcamp led by Chef Simon Brown that combines hands-on instruction with real commercial kitchen experience to prepare you for success in a professional kitchen.

What you’ll gain:

Ready to take the next step in your culinary career? Become a Certified Culinary Medicine Professional (CCMP) at Brightwater. Fall 2026 enrollment is now open!

This fall semester, Brightwater at NWACC is offering a program to help elevate food-service workers’ culinary skills to cater to a wide range of dietary needs, from nutrient-rich meals to those targeting specific health conditions.

Enrollment is now open for the Certified Culinary Medicine Professional (CCMP) program, which begins classes Friday, Aug. 21. This program is an excellent opportunity for food-service professionals looking to advance their careers and become leaders in the growing field of culinary medicine.

As Americans spend nearly half of their food budget eating out, the CCMP program provides the exact toolkit needed to lead a national health transformation through the power of exceptional, nourishing food.
