Lots of NEW classes being added:
People have been asking , we already do good but time to give what was asked for!
Kids:
Starting October Monday & Wednesday
4:30-5:30pm kids competition classes.
Criteria required: For example - current student for last 3 months, and must be in addition to your fundamental classes as well.
Ask for more info.
Adults :
NOW Monday and Wednesday after 7:30 class is competitive rolling
3 stripe white and above
Roll every round or until you can't, no breaks. You're rolling or you're off the mats.
Starting October :
Tuesdays at 6:30
Adults get a purple belt and above advance class, ”mastery “ .
Learn full systems … example : work x-sweep and all details for a month then move to leg locks for a month or two… however long to get through system .
