8th Grade Celebration was a blast!

Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who helped out today!

PTO can't wait to celebrate our 8th graders on Thursday! ALL students (7th & 8th) get to come to this event. All activities are FREE.

The only thing students need money for is if they want Kona Ice or Concessions.

A few more snacks to fuel our teachers towards the finish line!

It's Thirsty Thursday! Our last one of the year. Head over to Sonic on Walton between 3:00-6:00 and try one of our signature drinks! The drink with the most orders will be announced as the official drink of the LJHS class of 2030 at 8th Grade Celebration!

*All orders from 3pm - 6pm will count towards our Spirit Night if you mention LJHS. Signature drink orders are encouraged, not mandatory.

It was a Friday Fiesta at LJHS today! Teachers enjoyed an awesome lunch from Chuy's and frozen (NA) drinks to go with it.

HUGE HUGE thank you to all of the community sponsors and parents who helped us love on our staff this week!

It's a Dirty Soda bar kind of day! And after the teachers make their drink, they are invited to enter a drawing to win an entire suite at a Northwest Arkansas Naturals game!!

Also huge thanks to Sonic on N. Walton for free cherry limeade coupons and CFA on N. Walton for free nuggets or chicken sandwich cards for the staff!

The annual 8th Grade Celebration is coming up on Thursday, May 21st! PTO is looking for volunteers to help with this event. Please use the link below to sign up if you'd like to help! Mostly what we need are parents to monitor the activities - bounce houses, football field, basketball court, Kona Ice etc. Just to help keep an eye on things and keep lines moving. The 7th graders also participate in this event so no need to bypass this because you don't have an 8th grader 😉

😍 HUGE, huge thank you to our local Grand Savings Bank who not only donated their time this afternoon, but also donated hot dogs, hamburgers and veggie burgers for our entire staff. It was a good ol' fashioned cook out at LJHS for lunch today! Our amazing PTO members donated drinks, desserts, and sides galore and our fantastic Hospitality team set everything up.

We also displayed print outs of senior scholarship applications because each applicant was asked to write about an impactful teacher from Lincoln 🖤

We are counting our blessings today. So thankful to be able to support this wonderful staff with the help of our local community and our parents. It takes a village and ours is the best!
