We celebrated the last day of school with a teacher talent show! The smiles were big, the laughs were loud, and the talent was...well it was really something! Thank you to all of our staff that made this year at CPE one of the best yet!

Rishabh participated in International Academic Competitions in Orlando. In the National Geography Bee he placed 3rd in the nation, in the US Geography Bee he placed 6th in the nation, and in the Asian History championship exam he placed 1st. Way to go, Rishabh! Let's give a big cheer for this amazing CPE third grader! Bentonville Schools

Let's hear it for our 2nd grade May gator award winners!

3rd and 4th graders celebrated all their hard work preparing for state testing with a colorful run! What fun!

Three students from each grade level were selected to have their artwork featured in the District Art Exhibition at Bentonville West! Their creativity, hard work, and artistic talent truly shine through in their amazing pieces.
We are incredibly proud of all of our students and the wonderful artists they are becoming. Congratulations to our selected artists for representing our school so well! Way to go, gators!

What an incredible day at our first-ever Central Park Elementary Fishing Derby!

Thanks to the amazing support from our parent volunteers, teachers, community partners, and sponsors, today was a huge success. We had multiple students catch their very first fish ever, while others reeled in several fish throughout the day. Seeing the excitement, smiles, and confidence from our students made this event truly special.

A day like this simply would not have been possible without the many volunteers and teachers who gave their time, energy, and support to help our students have a memorable experience. Thank you for helping create such a positive and fun event for our Gators!

We would also like to give a special shout out to the Cornerstone Ridge POA for allowing us to use such a beautiful location and for supporting this event. Thank you as well to Nelson’s Hardware for generously providing bait for the derby, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission for providing extra fishing rods and additional catfish for our students to catch, and Central Park PTO for helping provide the funding needed to launch our school fishing program. Your support is making lasting memories and creating new opportunities for our students.

What a beautiful evening at our ESL Family Painting Night last night! Families came together to create beautiful sunset paintings alongside a talented local bilingual artist, making art, memories, and connections all at once. It was special to see parents and students laughing, painting, and sharing conversation. Our sunsets may all have looked different, but together they created something truly beautiful — just like our CPE school community. 💛

Congratulations to our University of Arkansas teacher interns as they graduate this weekend! We have loved having Ms. Douglass, Ms. Sluyter, and Ms. Lensmeyer at CPE this year. Ms. Morton, Ms. Brockmeyer, and Ms. Campbell were fabulous mentors and shared valuable expertise that will leave a lasting impact. We wish these ladies all the best as they spread their wings and begin their careers as educators!
